Cascadas Family Resort - Sunny Beach

The room was new-fashioned and big with toiletries, and I slept very well. This location was great and brilliant, just next door to the beach and shops as well as the complex shop. The staff was very nice and polite, as for 4-stars hotel

Property was fantastic and stunningly beautiful, I really enjoyed the stay.

I was here for 7 nights and ate at tapas restaurant with very good food. The location was incredible, really close to the centre of the Sunny Beach and the city center and the main boulevard and a pond...

This resort could defintely be beautful if they just cleaned the rooms more often, but we only got towels on arrival. And can someone explain why i paid for a parking spot only to be charged extra? At this rate, i was almost ready to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Exceptionally clean and perfect room with comfortable bed and very good WiFi and thick blackout curtains. Secure and quiet setting in the relaxing area, short walk to Bulgarian seaside, and promenade.

Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! Dated furnishings and inadequate kitchen supplies need immediate attention for a more comfortable stay!!!

The pools were fantastic, and we loved the children's activities! The lush gardens made for a beautiful, relaxing stroll every day.

The complex surprised me with its beautiful pools and engaging aerobics classes that kept me active during my stay. I really enjoyed relaxing in the spa and taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool after a fun day. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The resort's vast complex was a good surprise! The numerous pools offered a refreshing escape, especially the ones with fine garden views, perfect for relaxation.

We noticed some maintenance issues in our apartment that detracted from our overall comfort.

Had a blast with friends at this beautiful resort! The pools were amazing, and we loved hanging out at the one with the waterfall bar. A must-try is the nearby ecology-themed park with pony riding. It was so much fun for our group. The mini market on-site made it easy to grab snacks and drinks. Definitely a fantastic place for relaxation and activities.

We faced some issues with the language barrier when trying to resolve small problems quickly. It made communication a bit tricky at times.

The lush gardens, and the numerous pools offered refreshing escapes, especially on warm days. Such thoughtful landscaping added a charming touch to our lovely stay.

More shaded seating areas would be helpful.

It was just a decent option for a quick break in Sunny Beach with best value. The resort has many pools, fun for the kids to jump around. Remember to check the room for safe plug sockets before settling in.

i really enjoyed my stay, the resort looked very nice outside and offered a variety of pools and activities just a short stroll from the famous sunny beach and action aquapark, making it easy to explore without needing transportation.
